Project cars come in many different shapes and sizes. We completed our first complete build “Copper Top” a 1954 Chevy Truck and took it on the Longhaul for the 2012 Hotrod Power Tour last year. This build was a monumental task that many times felt insurmountable. However, in the end we achieved our goal of rebuilding a classic vehicle and taking it 3200 plus miles on the Power Tour. Now comes 2013, I have decided to build our ’69 Camaro that we have had for 12 plus years. The car was purchased in 2000 for $400 from a guy in Palestine and has set ever since waiting for the time and money! The time is now, 2013 Power Tour is our goal and 5 months is all we have.
